A Simple Process to your New Home
Easy & Electronic Application
Once a client referral form is received and reviewed, we offer an efficient and hassle-free application process.
Home Tour
Once application & required documents have been reviewed, an in-person tour and consultation will be scheduled.
Final Interview & Approval Process
Agreement will be offered once the entire client application process is completed. Approvals are not guaranteed and are at the discretion of the management and advising committee.
